Combat Patrol: T'au Empire is a versatile boxed army combining a powerful battlesuit commander, mobile infantry, specialist scouts and a Devilfish transport.

Fight for the Greater Good with a complete T'au Empire force designed for fast-moving operations, coordinated ranged attacks and flexible battlefield deployment.

This boxed set is an excellent way to begin a new T'au Empire army or expand an existing collection with a balanced selection of infantry, reconnaissance units, a commander and an armoured transport.

The included miniatures can be used together as the Sudden Dawn Cadre in Combat Patrol games of Warhammer 40,000. They can also form the foundation of a larger T'au Empire army for other game formats.

Commander in an advanced battlesuit
The force is led by a T'au Commander wearing a powerful battlesuit equipped with advanced weapons, sensors and mobility systems.

The model can be assembled as a Commander in Enforcer Battlesuit or as a Commander in Coldstar Battlesuit. The Enforcer configuration has a heavily armoured and imposing appearance, while the Coldstar version features additional thrusters and a faster, more streamlined silhouette.

Both versions provide an eye-catching leader for the force, but only one complete Commander can be assembled from the supplied components.

Mobile Fire Warrior team
The set includes ten Fire Warriors who can be assembled as a Breacher Team or a Strike Team.

Breachers carry compact pulse blasters and are visually suited to aggressive close-range operations. The alternative Strike Team configuration uses pulse rifles or pulse carbines and represents the disciplined ranged infantry traditionally associated with the T'au Fire Caste.

Only one complete ten-model infantry configuration can be assembled from the shared components.

Devilfish transport
A TY7 Devilfish armoured transport provides mobility for the infantry and reinforces the mechanised character of the Combat Patrol.

Its smooth armour panels, anti-gravity engines and drone systems create a distinctive T'au vehicle silhouette. The large surfaces are ideal for Sept markings, transfers, panel lining and controlled weathering.

The transport complements the Fire Warriors by creating the appearance of a rapid deployment force prepared to strike at important battlefield objectives.

Pathfinder reconnaissance specialists
Ten Pathfinders provide the force with specialist scouting and target acquisition capabilities.

Their lighter armour, advanced optics and reconnaissance equipment distinguish them from regular Fire Warriors. The unit offers numerous detailed components and provides a natural visual link between the infantry, drones and battlesuit commander.

Together, the Pathfinders and Breachers form the core of the Sudden Dawn Cadre, identifying priority targets before the rest of the force moves into position.

Drones and support equipment
The box contains seven additional models intended for use as tokens, including five Tactical Drones, one Recon Drone and one Support Turret.

These models represent the automated support systems commonly used by T'au units and add further technological detail to the complete force.

The exact drone and turret use may depend on the unit configuration and current game rules.
