Superserie.eu ships from Poland, within the European Union. Orders delivered within the European Union usually do not require customs clearance.
Customers outside the European Union
If your delivery address is outside the EU, your local customs office or courier may charge additional fees before delivery.
These fees are not charged by Superserie.eu and are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless clearly stated at checkout.
Possible additional charges may include:
- import VAT,
- customs duties,
- carrier brokerage fees,
- customs handling fees,
- local taxes or administrative charges.
United Kingdom, USA and other non-EU destinations
Customers from the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia and other non-EU destinations should check local import rules before placing an order.
Customs rules vary by country, and the final amount is determined by your local customs authority or courier. Superserie.eu is not responsible for customs charges, import taxes or delays caused by customs procedures.
Customs delays
International parcels may be delayed during customs clearance. These delays are outside our control.
If customs or the courier requires additional information from you, please respond as soon as possible to avoid the parcel being returned.
Refused parcels
If a customer refuses to pay required import fees and the parcel is returned to us, we may refund the product value after the parcel is safely returned.
Original shipping costs and any return shipping fees, customs charges or carrier fees may be deducted from the refund.
Before placing an international order
By placing an international order, you accept that import fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. We recommend checking local customs rules before purchase, especially for orders shipped outside the European Union.
