Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details, if tracking is available for the selected delivery method.

Tracking update: tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update after the parcel has been handed over to the carrier.

How to track your order

Processing

Your order has been received and is being prepared for dispatch.

Shipped

Your parcel has been handed over to the carrier.

Completed

Your order has been dispatched or delivered.

Tracking not updating?

Tracking updates may be delayed when the parcel is moving between carrier facilities, crossing borders or waiting for customs clearance.

For international shipments, tracking may temporarily stop updating while the parcel is being processed by customs or transferred to a local delivery partner.
