Orks: Flash Gitz - Warhammer 40,000
PARAMETERS:
Orks: Flash Gitz contains five heavily armed greenskin warriors carrying individually customised snazzguns and displaying their wealth through extravagant equipment, trophies and armour.
Product description
Add some of the richest, loudest and most heavily armed Orks in the galaxy to your Warhammer 40,000 collection with a mob of Flash Gitz.
These boastful warriors travel between warzones in search of plunder, excitement and opportunities to demonstrate the destructive power of their personalised firearms. Every Flash Git carries a massive snazzgun constructed from an unpredictable collection of engines, barrels, magazines and secondary weapons.
The multipart construction provides extensive freedom when assembling the five models, allowing every member of the mob to carry a distinctive weapon and display an individual combination of armour, trophies and accessories.
Kustomised snazzguns
The snazzguns can be assembled using different engines, gun bodies, magazines and underslung weapon components.
By combining these elements in different ways, each Flash Git can be equipped with a unique-looking firearm that reflects the wealth, status and questionable mechanical judgement of its owner.
The oversized weapons feature numerous barrels, ammunition feeds, exhausts and improvised upgrades, giving the completed squad the appearance of a walking exhibition of excessive Ork firepower.
Flash Git Kaptin
One model can be assembled as a Kaptin to lead the mob.
The Kaptin can be distinguished by a gitfinda squig and a bionic arm wielding a large cutlass. These characterful parts create a clearly recognisable leader without disrupting the extravagant visual style of the complete unit.
Only one of the five miniatures can be assembled as the Kaptin using the supplied specialist components.
Extensive customisation
The kit includes eleven different heads, eight back banners, grenades and numerous additional decorative parts.
These components allow the five Flash Gitz to be given individual expressions, trophies, banners and equipment while maintaining the shared appearance of a wealthy Ork mercenary mob.
The modular construction also provides excellent conversion potential for Ork Nobz, Freebooterz, characters and other heavily armed greenskin models.
Richest and flashiest Orks
Flash Gitz spend much of their wealth on oversized weapons, polished armour, trophies and colourful decorations.
The miniatures combine muscular Ork bodies with heavy armour plates, mechanical weapon systems, large banners and an abundance of smaller details.
Their extravagant appearance makes them particularly suitable for Freebooterz-themed armies, Bad Moons collections and Ork forces focused on excessive ranged firepower.
Detailed painting project
The models provide a wide variety of surfaces for painting green skin, worn leather, rusted metal, polished weapons, chipped armour and bright Clan colours.
The large snazzguns are ideal for different metallic finishes, heat staining, soot, energy effects and individually coloured mechanical components.
Back banners, glyphs and armour panels offer additional space for checks, flames, pirate symbols and freehand decorations.
The 40mm bases provide room for rocks, wreckage, spent ammunition, scrap metal and other battlefield details.
Background
Flash Gitz are wealthy and arrogant Ork Nobz obsessed with owning the largest, loudest and most impressive firearms available.
Many operate as mercenaries and pirates, travelling across the galaxy with Freebooter warbands in search of valuable loot and opponents worthy of their expensive weapons.
Their snazzguns are individually constructed by Meks and constantly modified with additional barrels, magazines and secondary systems.
Although Flash Gitz enjoy displaying their wealth and arguing over whose gun is the flashiest, they remain immensely strong Ork warriors who are dangerous both in a firefight and at close range.
When an entire mob opens fire, the resulting storm of ammunition, smoke and noise can overwhelm enemy formations beneath an extraordinary amount of dakka.
