Important for collectors: returned products should be complete and handled with care. Miniature kits, boxed sets, books and collectibles should be returned in a condition that allows them to be sold again as new, unless the return is caused by damage, defect or our mistake.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.

Return conditions

Returned products should be sent back with reasonable care and secured properly for transport.

• The product should be complete.
• The item should not be assembled, painted, modified or damaged.
• Books should not be damaged, marked or heavily used.
• Boxed items should include all original components.
• The return parcel should be packed securely to prevent damage in transit.

For miniature kits and collectibles, removing parts from sprues, assembling, painting or modifying the product may reduce the refund value if the product can no longer be sold as new.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned products, we will process your refund using the original payment method.

Refunds are usually processed within 14 days after we receive the returned item or proof that the item has been sent back.

Original standard delivery costs may be refunded in accordance with applicable consumer law. Additional costs resulting from choosing a more expensive shipping method may not be refundable.

Return shipping costs

Unless the return is caused by our mistake or by a damaged, defective or incorrect product, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service, especially for valuable items.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the product, packaging and shipping label. We will review the case and offer an appropriate solution.
