Processing time

Most orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

During major releases, pre-order periods, holidays or high-volume sales, dispatch may take slightly longer. If your order contains a pre-order item, the entire order may be shipped once all products are available, unless arranged otherwise.

Estimated delivery times

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs procedures, public holidays, weather conditions, carrier delays or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping costs

Available delivery methods and shipping costs are displayed at checkout before payment. The final cost depends on the destination country, parcel weight, product size and selected shipping method.

We carefully secure each order before dispatch. Books, miniature boxes, accessories and collectible figures are packed using protective materials appropriate for the type of product.
