T'au Empire: Piranha is a fast and lightly armoured skimmer supported by two Gun Drones and equipped for mobile attacks against infantry or armoured targets.

Product description
Add speed, mobility and advanced T'au firepower to your collection with the Piranha, a sleek reconnaissance and combat vehicle used by the Fire Caste.

The miniature features an open crew compartment, a streamlined anti-gravity hull and two Gun Drones mounted along its wingtips. The drones can remain attached to the vehicle or be assembled as separate flying models.

The Piranha can carry either a burst cannon or a fusion blaster beneath its forward hull. These alternative weapons give the completed vehicle a noticeably different appearance, but only one main weapon configuration can be assembled from the shared components.

Fast T'au skimmer
The Piranha is built around a lightweight anti-gravity chassis designed for rapid movement and battlefield flexibility.

Its narrow hull, angled wings and exposed crew positions create a distinctive silhouette that differs from the heavier Devilfish and Hammerhead vehicles of the T'au Empire.

The model can be mounted on the included large flying base to create the appearance of a vehicle gliding above the battlefield at high speed.

Two Gun Drones
The vehicle is accompanied by two Gun Drones armed with twin pulse carbines.

They can be attached to the wingtips of the Piranha, creating a compact and heavily armed vehicle profile, or mounted separately using the included small flying bases and stems.

The familiar circular drone design visually connects the vehicle with other automated systems used throughout the T'au Empire.

Alternative main weapons
The burst cannon features a multi-barrelled design and gives the Piranha the appearance of a rapid-fire support vehicle.

The alternative fusion blaster is a compact energy weapon with a heavier profile, creating a configuration suited visually to hunting armoured targets and war machines.

The desired weapon should be selected before final assembly, as both alternatives use the same mounting position.

Detailed vehicle design
The Piranha combines smooth armour panels, exposed crew controls, sensor equipment, anti-gravity technology and compact weapon systems.

The open cockpit provides opportunities for painting the pilots, control panels and smaller interior details, while the broad outer surfaces are ideal for clean Sept colour schemes, panel lining and weathering.
